Guest Celebrant Mother Ann Cox-Bailey
Mother Ann Cox-Bailey from Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care will be joining us on Sunday, March 26th to share about dementia, why it is happening and how to support those living with brain change in a more positive and respectful way. Positive Approach to Care believes that “Rewiring our own perceptions, attitudes, communication strategies, actions, and responses, provides the shift that promotes change for the others around us.” Mother Ann Cox-Bailey will host a Q&A in the Parish Hall following the service.
GODLY PLAY and the Children’s Sermon> Takes place every Sunday so please bring the entire family with you to St. Andrew’s. There is a play area for the kids prior to the start of the service which begins with a children’s sermon with Fr. Bob and Pastor Ronnie. The children are then taken to the Parish Hall for Godly Play and return to their family prior to communion.
The church doors will be opened approximately 60 minutes prior to the start of service and will remain open for approximately 30 minutes after.
This is a family friendly Rite II service with hymns played on our new organ and it is led by Fr. Bob, Pastor Ronnie and the St. Andrew’s Choir. The service runs around 65 to 70 minutes and is livestreamed weekly through our website and YouTube channel.
In consideration of others:
Parishioners not feeling well need to stay home to care for themselves and protect others. All of our services are livestreamed so while you can not be here in person, you can “be here” with your St. Andrew’s family.
