Our Lenten Study this year will be based on the book, The Jesus Creed, by Scot McKnight. We will meet for the first five Mondays of Lent (March 11 – April 8) from 6:30pm – 7:30pm. Each session will include a simple dinner followed by discussion of the book.

Writing in the preface of The Jesus Creed, McKnight says, “A Jewish expert on the Torah once asked Jesus what was the most important thing for spiritual formation. Jesus’ answer turned history upside down for those who followed him. This book is an invitation for you to explore Jesus’ answer to that man. I call it the Jesus Creed, and what he said should shape everything we say about Christian spirituality. Everything.”
